Job Overview
We are seeking a Support Worker in Supported Living to join our team at Castlewood Court in Stockport, Greater Manchester. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to adults, helping them live independently and move towards independent accommodation.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with medication and daily living tasks
- Supporting individuals to access the community and engage in activities
- Providing emotional support and building relationships with service users
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service
Requirements
