About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space. As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you will play a vital role in supporting adults to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults on a person-centered basis to live independently and move towards independent accommodation.
  • Assist with medication, accessing the community, and domestic tasks, ensuring a varied and engaging experience for our service users.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our service users and colleagues, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide tailored support and assistance, ensuring every individual's needs are met.
