About the Role

NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our Crisis and Home Treatment Team, you will be responsible for managing clinical risk, acting as a key worker for individual caseloads, and promoting knowledge of mental health and prevention of mental health illness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical risk within the team
  • Act as key worker for individual caseloads
  • Promote knowledge of mental health and prevention of mental health illness
  • Carry out evidence-based triage assessments

Requirements

  • Post-registration experience in mental health care, including mental health assessment and risk assessment
  • Correct registration with the relevant registration body
