Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinical risk within the team, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
- Act as a key worker for individual caseloads, providing comprehensive support and guidance.
- Promote knowledge of mental health and prevention of mental health illness, contributing to the development of effective treatment plans.
- Carry out evidence-based triage assessments, identifying patients' needs and developing strategies for intervention.
Requirements
- Post-registration experience in mental health care, including mental health assessment and risk assessment.
- Correct registration with the relevant registration body.
