About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at the Gateway Recovery Centre, a state-of-the-art facility providing care for men and women with complex mental health requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
