Lead Nurse Position at Elysium Healthcare

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at the Gateway Recovery Centre in Widnes. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of nursing care and services, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in service users' conditions, making critical decisions regarding their care and well-being.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nurses, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar environment.
  • Positive attitude, natural caring and compassionate nature, and commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
  • Relevant experience in a mental health setting and ability to work with complex needs.
