Role Overview: We are excited to expand our team by hiring a Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple branches. This position will involve managing sales operations across various locations, focusing on building strong relationships with local tradespeople and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and manage a diverse portfolio of clients to meet sales and profit objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Management Team to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Lead initiatives for innovation and change management to enhance business performance.
  • Oversee the recruitment, development, and motivation of branch personnel.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Proven experience in field-based business development and managing trade teams.
  • Background in a similar managerial role within the trade, retail, or construction sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on negotiation and profit margins.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations to a varied customer base.
  • Demonstrated passion for providing exceptional customer service and achieving business goals.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to business growth.
