Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Lead to join our team at Almac Group. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and management for operational analytical teams, enabling the delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the progress of analytical work to GMP requirements, ensuring project schedules are met and work is carried out efficiently and accurately.
- Provide regular updates to the Group Leader/Associate Director and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Design and implement stability study protocols and testing, with a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical drug development process.
- Prepare regulatory CMC dossier sections and lead business improvement projects using recognised process improvement techniques.
- Implement major laboratory change projects, such as implementing LIMS software, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- MSc/PhD (or equivalent) in a Chemistry or Life Science with a significant chemistry component.
- Significant experience of analysing and leading analytical activities for Pharmaceutical drug products in a GMP environment.
- Experience of using statistical data analysis techniques and designing statistically relevant experiments.
- Proven ability to successfully lead business improvement projects using recognised process improvement techniques.
