Position Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recruiter at Xpress Health in Belfast. The individual in this role will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals to fulfill staffing needs. The Recruiter will work closely with healthcare facilities to maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure high-quality care delivery. Furthermore, the Recruiter will enhance and automate staffing and scheduling processes to mitigate burnout and minimize overtime expenses.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Healthcare Staffing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards
