We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our Women's and Pelvic Health team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with a range of conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of conditions, including falls, interventions, and prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-management.
  • Contribute to the development of patient care pathways and protocols.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the clinical decision-making process.
Requirements:
  • Relevant QCF (NVQ) 3 in Therapy or a relevant health-related area.
  • Good general education and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an acute setting and knowledge of acute and community therapy services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
