We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Hull City Council.
As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in our care settings.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver person-centered care, ensuring that each individual's physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
You will work closely with our care teams to develop and implement individual support plans, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
You will also need to hold a care certificate, level 2 care apprenticeship, or equivalent, and be willing to continue your professional development.
