Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team at Hull City Council. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Direct experience of caring for adults in a paid or voluntary setting
  • Good communication skills and ability to listen and act on individual needs and preferences
  • Ability to work shifts on a rota basis, including bank holidays and weekends
  • Hold a care certificate, level 2 care apprenticeships or equivalent, or be willing to achieve this
