Job Title: Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Hull City Council.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individual support plans to ensure the well-being and safety of service users.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in caring for adults in a paid or voluntary setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Hold a care certificate, level 2 care apprenticeship, or equivalent.
