Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and minor upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out non-technical repairs and minor planned maintenance tasks at various sites.
- Work with air handling units, heating, and hot water systems.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Conduct water temperature checks and fire alarm testing.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless facility operations.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or equivalent.
- Proven experience working on mechanical systems, including DHW, LPHW, CHW, and ventilation systems.
- Previous pipe fitting duties and experience with steam systems.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Full UK driving license.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary up to £33,000 - £34,000 per annum.
- A 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.
- 23+ days' holiday per year.
- Tools provided, with a 1 in 6 call-out rota.
- Parking on site, with free parking available.
- DBS Standard check required.
