Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the status of all works completed using our management software.
  • Report any additional or supplementary works to the management team.
  • Undertake a range of works from tap and toilet repairs to leak investigations.
  • Install and maintain any forms of plumbing.
  • Perform all general plumbing tasks.
  • Respond to emergency repairs.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, with effective communication being paramount.
  • Perform any other duties deemed reasonable for the role.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate personal integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Support the team of general trade engineers, imparting your expertise with due regard to technical quality and safety.
  • Work in accordance with relevant statutory requirements and conform to British standards codes of practice.
  • Perform to a continued satisfactory standard.
  • Communicate effectively with your Head of department, supervisors, and colleagues.
  • Complete responsive repairs and PPMs as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
  • Consider the common interests of all colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a NVQ Level 3 in Domestic Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing maintenance.

  • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
