Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and breaking down all commercial heating equipment and general building services work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, repair, and breakdown of commercial heating equipment and general building services work.
  • Field-based meetings with clients, requiring strong customer-facing skills.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Commercial gas qualifications, including CDGA1, CIGA1, CORT1, COCN1, ICAE1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, and CoNGLP1PD.
  • Oftec, LPG, or FGAS qualification is an advantage.
  • Plumbing experience.
  • Full Driver's Licence.

Package Details:

  • Basic Salary up to £43,000.
  • 40hr working week including travel, with overtime paid after 40 hours.
  • Door to door travel.
  • On call rota 1 in 5/6, with a £110 standby payment.
  • Overtime rates paid at time 1⁄2 Monday - Saturday and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays.
  • Pension.
  • Sick Pay.
  • Van + Fuel Card, with discretionary private use.
  • Tools.
  • Uniform/Smart phone.
