Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of several buildings in the Queensferry, Kirkliston, and Cramond areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of janitorial staff and allocate tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure high standards of maintenance and customer service
  • Provide problem-solving support and ensure effective communication with staff and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment and software
Requirements
  • Proven experience in staff supervision and facilities management
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong IT skills and experience with software packages
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and security
