Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our esteemed client's team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, compliance, and health & safety across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance with health & safety protocols.
  • Supervise the execution of contracts and service agreements, ensuring cost efficiency and high service standards.
  • Manage and monitor service level agreements, and maintain rigorous health & safety protocols.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, manage service charge budgets, and handle property-related issues efficiently.
  • Facilitate tenant relations, supporting the onboarding process and ensuring all fit-out processes comply with guidelines.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reports and engage in regular strategic planning meetings to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in facilities management within a shopping centre or similar complex or retail environment.
  • A robust understanding of compliance and health & safety requirements, supported by IOSH/NEBOSH certification.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Edinburgh and willing to travel to additional sites as needed.
