National Account Manager

The National Account Manager role at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS will be responsible for managing the relationship with our key Wholesale accounts, including Unitas and Country Range Group. This is a broad National Account Manager position that requires both management of the Head Office relationship and local activation with key members to maximise joint growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Wholesale customers to drive business growth and revenue.
- Commercial Relationship Development: Develop and implement commercial strategies to support future growth opportunities with key Wholesale customers.
- Category, Market, Customer and Consumer Dynamics: Understand and analyse category, market, customer and consumer dynamics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Negotiation and Account Planning: Negotiate and plan with key Wholesale customers to drive business growth and revenue.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Lead and manage internal stakeholders to deliver business results and drive growth.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a retail FMCG brand environment, preferably with experience of dealing with customers within the Wholesale sector.
- Strong Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to work with others to deliver a specific customer strategy.
- Ability to Demonstrate NSV Growth: Ability to demonstrate NSV growth achievement and a strong ability to seek out further growth.
- Degree Educated: Degree educated (or equivalent).
