Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House Team at Hymans Robertson LLP. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and staff, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Be the first point of contact for clients and staff, providing a warm and welcoming greeting in a professional manner.
  • Communication: Answer calls promptly and efficiently using Microsoft Teams, ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Logistics: Manage the meeting room diaries using Outlook, book and record taxi bookings, and handle incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Catering: Prepare tea and coffee, order lunches, and ensure the kitchen areas are clean and tidy with sufficient stock.
  • Event Support: Assist with the efficient catering service for additional events, managing delivery of all goods and internal support calls.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all areas of responsibility comply with our internal policies, and that all catering facilities adhere to food hygiene and H&S standards.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Efficiency and Punctuality: Strong efficiency and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
  • Technical Skills: A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous, but not essential.
