Project Management Officer

De La Rue is seeking an experienced Project Management Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Account Management team, you will be responsible for providing project and programme support to ensure the effective governance of delivery, implementation, and support of projects and programmes for the Bank of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, define, verify, and manage the scope, timeline, budget, and quality of projects.
  • Direct and be accountable for engaging stakeholders through the process of delivering projects.
  • Identify, quantify, prioritize, and manage delivery risks; develop and manage project risk mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate and prepare governance reports through gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and information and presenting in various reports and dashboards.
  • Provide quality assurance to project management outputs, such as reporting, change management, and risk management.
  • Support the Bank of England Manager in maintaining financial data.
  • Carry out regular reviews of risks and issues to ensure entries are clearly articulated, impacts identified, and actions in place.
Requirements:
  • Previous PMO and/or Junior Project Management experience is essential.
  • Experience of working in projects or PMO teams.
  • Hybrid working opportunities.
