We seek friendly, versatile candidates for customer support and warehouse operations who excel in high-pressure environments and can provide outstanding customer service while fulfilling warehouse duties. A full UK driving license is necessary as the role involves driving a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Managing incoming calls, responding to emails, assessing and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction, going above and beyond to engage clients, procuring inventory, overseeing general operations at the point of sale, liaising with team members, and keeping customers informed. Proficiency in IT is advantageous.
Warehouse Operations:
Tasks include picking and packing, receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, managing shipping logistics, processing incoming goods, and performing general warehouse duties. A forklift license is beneficial but can be acquired during employment.
