Adecco is seeking a skilled Actuarial Change Developer to join our team on a contract basis for three months. As an Actuarial Change Developer, your primary focus will be on supporting the changes required for our client's out-of-model adjustment (OOMA) process.

About the Job:

As an Actuarial Change Developer, you will have the opportunity to design, build, and test changes to actuarial processes, as well as explore secondary opportunities for process improvements and workflow management.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the changes required for our client's out-of-model adjustment (OOMA) process
  • Design, build, and test changes to actuarial processes
  • Explore secondary opportunities for process improvements and workflow management
  • Work closely with a team of Technical Leads and Product Owners to drive change activities and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in implementing changes to processes and systems
  • Background in life insurance or pensions industry (ideally)
  • Ability to identify key or unexpected outputs and investigate underlying issues
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Suite, especially Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query & Power Apps (desirable)
  • Knowledge of coding with other languages like Python & R (desirable)
  • Experience in process improvement and automation (desirable)
