Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our team in Wales. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to service users with complex mental health needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of our psychological care approach, RISE.
- Provide training and supervision to staff teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our service.
Requirements
- Registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist with a relevant qualification and experience.
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories and interventions, particularly behavioural and cognitive behavioural approaches.
- Experience of working in forensic settings and with individuals with complex trauma is desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
