Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our vibrant and growing Property Law team at The Talent Crowd.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the success of our Conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
  • Handle a varied portfolio including sales, remortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions, new plot purchases, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, and help to buy schemes.
  • Work directly with clients and other third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18 months' experience in residential conveyancing, demonstrating a capacity to handle a comprehensive caseload independently.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
