Lead the Way with Costa Coffee

As a Barista Maestro, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success. You'll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of shifts, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and develop the talents of your team members, maximizing sales potential
  • Train and accredit new Baristas, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, sharing your knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards across the board, from espresso quality to monthly coffee excellence scores
