About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Haven. As a key member of our Product Design team, you will play a pivotal role in designing customer-centric experiences across our digital platforms.

Your Opportunity
  • Design great products that are easy to use and achieve business goals by understanding our guests and users.
  • Explore design options collaboratively with product managers, delivery teams, and users.
  • Design consistency across our website experience.
  • Embrace and evolve our Haven Design System, encouraging reuse.
  • Embrace challenges and inspire new ways of thinking, leading delivery teams to create great user experiences for web interfaces and applications.
  • Take an active, hands-on role in leading concepts with team members, providing design direction to other designers, and working with software engineers to implement designs into deliverable products.
  • Understand business goals and translate them into unique design/creative solutions.
  • Support business goals and product KPI through UX/UI design.
  • Mentor and manage more junior members of the team.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven design experience for large brands, in-house, agency, or freelance.
  • Experience of mentoring more junior designers, or the ability to.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, web standards and layouts, typography, and color, and web usability standards.
