We are seeking a positive, patient, and hardworking team player with excellent communication skills and an adaptable and professional attitude to join our Apprenticeship Learning Support Assistant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support EHCP learners and other supported learners across several Apprenticeship programmes in the development of study skills and promoting independence.
- Work with learners to help ensure maximum learner achievement.
- Provide patient, enthusiastic, and professional support to learners.
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the areas and learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- Qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths.
- Evidence of qualifications required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
