Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Term Time Position

About the Role: We are seeking a positive, patient, and hardworking team player to join our ALS team. The successful candidate will support EHCP learners and other supported learners across several Apprenticeship programmes in the development of study skills and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support learners in the development of study skills and promoting independence
* Work with learners to achieve maximum learner achievement
* Collaborate with the ALS team to provide a supportive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with learners, staff, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

* Qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths
* Evidence of qualifications required
* Excellent communication skills and an adaptable and professional attitude
* Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
