About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at 50 Burton Road residential service in Branston. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Our service is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you can be sure that no two days will be the same. You will be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and doing lots of activities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is genuinely caring, hands-on, and has a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker with us, you will be working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

You should be resilient, flexible, and composed in your approach, and have experience with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
