Job Overview

ONE SEARCH is seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling Associate to join our team. As a leading boutique in the Renewable Energies space, we are looking for an individual with a strong track record of delivering complex financial modelling transactions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support clients in the Renewable Energies sector.
  • Provide financial model support to lenders throughout the financing process.
  • Conduct cash flow analyses and determine appropriate debt sizing for targeted financing.
  • Assist model auditors with the model audit process.
  • Maintain and update financial models before and after financial close.
  • Aid in transaction execution and negotiations with counterparties.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in infrastructure finance from a financial / advisory / financial modelling perspective.
  • Experience of financial modelling from a financial modelling consultancy, big 4 firm, bank or similar financial institution.
  • Excellent organisational skills and capability to effectively manage multiple time-sensitive priorities.
  • Meticulous with details and accurate with numbers.
