Key Responsibilities

Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of beverages while ensuring timely service.
Organize service counters for optimal functionality and maintain cleanliness and presentation in accordance with CH & Co standards.

Regularly clean and sanitize all kitchen and service equipment to adhere to established cleaning protocols.
Replenish vending machines as needed.
Accurately manage till transactions.
Assist in inventory checks.
Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor with clients and customers.
Address customer inquiries in a courteous and supportive manner.
Collaborate with colleagues in a respectful and helpful manner to guarantee outstanding customer service.
Comprehend and adhere to CH & Co's health, hygiene, safety, and quality standards, including COSHH and HACCP regulations.
Wear the designated uniform and safety footwear as instructed, ensuring proper maintenance of uniform items.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
Participate in training sessions and attend CH & Co meetings as required.
