About the Role

As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will work with the Leisure team to ensure our guests and members have the perfect experience within our hotel. Teamwork is everything. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each service is smooth and efficient. You are engaged, move with purpose, and serve with enthusiasm, and you understand the key performance indicators your team is measured against and work hard to positively influence these whilst on shift.

Based in the Mercure Chester Abbots Well Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will have bags of personality and a real flair for hospitality.
