About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our team at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the protection of all data held within the organization, developing and implementing effective cyber security policies and processes, and providing a high level of assurance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cyber security policies and processes to ensure the protection of all data held within the organization.
  • Lead on cyber security for University Hospitals Tees, ensuring the protection of all data held within the organization.
  • Work closely with the Information Governance team and Data Protection Officer to ensure that all cyber and security related elements are reviewed and implemented in accordance with industry and NHS best practice.
  • Ensure that processes related to the implementation and support for IT security are carried out in accordance with industry and NHS best practice.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of cyber security threats and vulnerabilities, and implement effective measures to mitigate these risks.
