We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and candidates in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our financial planning team, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication.
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring our team remains knowledgeable and competitive.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services firm or related industry.
- Knowledge of investment products, including ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Desirable: Financial Services qualifications, such as the Certificate in Financial Planning or the Diploma in Financial Planning.
