About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Alumni Engagement team as an Alumni Engagement Associate. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in designing multi-platform communications and driving strategic projects with strong project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and initiate a comprehensive engagement program with a focus on the School of Clinical Medicine's 50th anniversary in 2026.
  • Design and implement local, national, international, and online activities to promote the work of the School to alumni and other supporters.
  • Manage the strategic management of engagement opportunities to enhance alumni involvement, reinforce existing relationships, and encourage alumni to contribute to the School through volunteering and philanthropic channels.
  • Collaborate with the Alumni Engagement team, the School of Clinical Medicine, and the wider University community to achieve the team's goals.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the delivery of the University's strategic goals.

Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven candidate with experience in project management, communications, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with alumni and other stakeholders.
