Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver consultancy services both at client locations and remotely, focusing on projects within the Enterprise Division. The software solutions primarily utilize MS Business Central / MS Dynamics NAV, and successful delivery must adhere to established timelines and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation process, which includes analysis, configuration, data migration, workshops, training, and go-live support for Eque2 Enterprise projects.
  • Generate analytical reports and comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the defined implementation delivery process.
  • Evaluate the quality of client-supplied data during the data migration phase.
  • Conduct product training sessions and create relevant documentation.
  • Identify and specify necessary system modifications.
  • Test software system alterations and customizations.
  • Assist in transitioning the system to support and produce required documentation.
  • Offer advice and guidance to clients as needed.
  • Provide additional consultancy services as required.
  • Engage with clients to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Manage client expectations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Finance or Accountancy qualifications.
  • Strong IT background.
  • Valid Driving License.

Experience / Skills / Knowledge:

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Understanding of finance and accounting principles within the construction and related industries.
  • Experience with large-scale software project implementations.
  • Solid IT experience.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with senior management.
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proven ability to cultivate productive working relationships.
  • Prior experience in a professional services environment.
  • Experience managing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in project delivery.
  • Knowledge of software implementation and business change methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central (NAV) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and software, data migration, network configuration (LAN & WAN), VBA & VBS scripting, and SQL Server is beneficial.
  • Experience with RapidStart is a plus.
