Job OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our award-winning L&D team. As a key member of our team, you'll design and deliver engaging learning solutions that support our consultants' performance and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively lead new learning initiatives to support our L&D strategy and consultants' performance, from concept to delivery and evaluation.
- Build strong relationships across Baringa, operating as a trusted learning advisor and guide.
- Collaborate with L&D team members and external providers to create and deploy engaging learning solutions.
- Owning the performance of your learning solutions, continuously improving them to be even better.
- A track record of designing and delivering excellent blended learning experiences, including virtual, face-to-face, and digital.
- Strong relationships-building skills and ability to operate as a trusted learning advisor.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive business results.
- Generous Annual Leave Policy: 5 weeks of annual leave, plus 2 weeks of paid leave after 5 years of service.
