About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Enerpac Tool Group. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and traceability of all manufactured components in accordance with our Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection requirements in accordance with our Product Quality Requirements.
• Record all traceability-related information as required by our Management System.
• Liaise with suppliers in relation to quality-related performance.
• Manage Quality Documentation relating to manufactured products as per customer requirements.
• Monitor calibration status and maintain associated records for all inspection equipment.
• Participate in 6S activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to our Procedures in relation to Quality Management and Environment Systems.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Effective and assertive communicator (both written and oral).
• Fully conversant with quality control equipment and processes, including CMM operation.
• Experience in a reactive production/engineering environment with a consistent focus on priorities and associated deadlines.
• Computer literate and conversant with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Academic experience to City and Guilds level in an appropriate related engineering/manufacturing discipline.
• Three years engineering background.
