We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and nurturing professional to join our esteemed organization as an Early Years Room Supervisor.

This full-time role requires the selected candidate to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our establishment operates year-round, with the exception of public holidays.

Our facility serves children from 3 months to 5 years of age and is well-regarded within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor a team of early years educators, implementing our educational philosophy.
  • Demonstrate and oversee best practices in line with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with your team to establish a unified vision for the room.
  • Supervise, support, and delegate tasks effectively among team members.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new staff, integrating them into the team and the wider organization.
  • Conduct performance evaluations as necessary through regular meetings.
  • Act as a deputy in the absence of senior management.
  • Conduct nursery tours confidently to promote available spaces.
  • Serve as a key holder for the facility.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possess a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher in Early Years Education.
  • Demonstrate experience in working with children.
  • Exhibit strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Show excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
