We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Risk Specialist to join our team at Paritas Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber and Technology risk management and a proven track record of implementing effective resilience risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake critical assessments of operational resilience systems and controls
- Challenge the effectiveness of service and operational resilience systems
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure business activities align with the bank's risk appetite
- Implement and oversee the Bank's Resilience Risk Framework and associated policies
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of operational resilience frameworks, regulation, and standards
- Significant recent experience in implementing and overseeing resilience risk frameworks
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and challenge the effectiveness of operational resilience systems
