Operational Resilience Risk Specialist

Paritas Recruitment - Risk is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bank's operational resilience and risk management frameworks are effective and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake critical assessments of operational resilience systems and controls
  • Challenge the effectiveness of service and operational resilience systems
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure business activities align with the bank's risk appetite
  • Implement and oversee the bank's Resilience Risk Framework and associated policies
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of operational resilience frameworks, regulation, and standards
  • Significant recent experience in operational resilience and risk management
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and the first line of defense
