About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Helpdesk Manager to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our helpdesk operation, assigning tickets to front office staff, and working on tickets while coordinating with senior engineers when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the helpdesk operation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Assign tickets to front office staff, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
  • Work on tickets, collaborating with senior engineers as needed to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our IT systems and infrastructure
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
  • Experience working within a helpdesk team, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Ability to obtain SC Clearance
  • British Nationality
