Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visits to established client hospitals and new facilities participating in product trials.
  • Advise clinical personnel on the optimal use of surgical products, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with non-clinical staff to facilitate service delivery and address any operational challenges.
  • Focus on environmental sustainability through the promotion of reusable surgical textiles.
  • Enhance client relationships by providing exceptional service and educating healthcare teams on product benefits.
  • Manage a home-based schedule while traveling extensively within the Midlands and South regions.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualifications with theatre or scrub experience (Band 5 or higher) or be an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • A valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.
  • A proactive approach to working in a theatre environment while managing administrative tasks remotely.

Compensation Package:
In addition to the base salary, the role includes:
