Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and facilitating the nursing and medical needs of service users with their commissioned care.

About the Role:

This is a community-based role, where you will work with a number of care packages in your area, gaining an in-depth understanding of your clients and their needs and expectations. You will use your experience to ensure quality and compliance are maintained and exceeded with support from regional nurses and the broader organisational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding care with a team of experienced carers and supportive regional nurses.
  • Lead and support the nursing and medical needs of service users with their commissioned care.
  • Work with a number of care packages in your area, gaining an in-depth understanding of your clients and their needs and expectations.
  • Use your experience to ensure quality and compliance are maintained and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Central Support, including HR, to motivate carers and nurses through informal check-ins, formal supervision, and appraisals.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in the community, with a focus on tracheostomy, peg, and catheter care.
  • Ability to pass on your knowledge to others in the package.
  • Happy working with both adults and paediatric care.
  • Full right to work in the UK at this time.
