- Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience in the financial services industry and their IT systems preferred.

- Scrum Master Experience: Experience as a practicing Scrum Master on a team.
- Global Team Experience: Experience working with global teams that have developers in different regions.
- Continuous Delivery: Familiarity with Continuous Delivery.
- Modern Engineering Practices: Exposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration.
- Servant Leadership: A mindset of servant leadership.
- Agile Framework Expertise: Expert with Agile and Scrum framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization.
- Collaboration and Influence: Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels.
