## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of People to join our team at HR Heads. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that drives business success.

## Key Responsibilities

* Partner with senior leaders to execute a people strategy that focuses on talent, learning and development, organisational design, and reward solutions.
* Monitor labour costs, employee engagement, and retention metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
* Lead culture change initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and adaptable work environment.
* Provide expert HR guidance to senior leadership on key initiatives and projects.

## Requirements

* Senior-level experience within the Immigration and/or Justice sectors is highly desirable.
* Proven success in driving HR strategy within a complex, fast-paced environment.
* Comprehensive HR knowledge, including experience with TUPE and project management.
* Ability to travel regularly, with a clean driving licence.
