Job Title: Implementation Science Program Director

RTI International is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Science Program Director to lead our Implementation Science Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of researchers and implementing science experts to deliver high-quality research projects that drive meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Implementation Science Program, aligning with RTI International's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of researchers and implementation science experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in implementation science and integrate innovative approaches into program development.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Implementation Science, Public Health, Health Services Research, or a related field, and 10 years of directly related experience, or a PhD in a related field and 6 years of directly related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation science research, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare consulting industry, with a strong track record of managing complex projects.
  • Proven business development and proposal writing skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
