About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our Analytics and AI practice, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our strategy, defining our ambition, and developing junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new business development and selling data science opportunities in excess of £2m per year
  • Play a leadership role across our AI, data science, and analytics capabilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading data science and analytics teams, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and exceptional results
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in data science, analytics, and AI
