About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Treatment Manager to join our team at a leading Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of a team of therapists, fostering motivation and inspiration, and delivering exceptional treatments that exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Assist in managing a team of therapists, fostering motivation and inspiration, and conducting daily team meetings and one-on-one sessions to support team welfare, development, and training.
  • Treatment Delivery: Deliver first-class treatments that exceed guest expectations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Manage stock control, drive revenue targets, and ensure the smooth operation of the spa with an unwavering commitment to customer service.
  • Training and Development: Support the apprentice program and collaborate with colleges to further develop it.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership skills and experience in motivating a team in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Revenue Management: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Training Background: Strong training and development background.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail for stock control, management, and ordering.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong passion for the beauty, spa, and wellness industry, keeping up to date with industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Beauty Therapy Qualification: NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy.
  • Spa Experience: Experience working in a luxury spa.
  • Transportation: Own transport required due to remote location.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts including weekends.
